I was born and raised in Iceland. I speak English and Icelandic and am learning to speak Slovak.
My wife’s name is Silvia. She is from Slovakia and she has lived in Iceland for about 7 years. We met in 2021 and got married in June 2025.
I get interested in things until I lose interest in them. Some things I’ve not lost interest in and I think that is fantastic.
I believe that a healthy diet leads to a healthy body which leads to a healthy mind. A sick mind can live in a sick body though so it’s important to not stress about things.
